perl-Net-LibIDN - Perl bindings for GNU LibIDN

Provides perl bindings for GNU Libidn, a C library for
handling Internationalized Domain Names according to
IDNA (RFC 3490), in a way very much inspired by Turbo
Fredriksson's PHP-IDN.
